Greg Lipstone

Chief Executive Officer

Greg Lipstone joined All3Media America as CEO in 2015.  Prior to joining All3Media America, Lipstone was founding partner and board member at ICM Partners, a talent and literary agency representing clients in the fields of motion pictures, television, publishing, music, theater, branded entertainment and digital media.  Lipstone oversaw the agency's international television and media department.

Lipstone's clients included All3Media America, Studio Lambert, Lime Pictures, North One, Bentley Productions, MME-Filmpool, South Pacific Pictures, Lion Television, Objective Productions, Optomen Production and Zoo Productions, Nigel Lythgoe and Nigel Lythgoe Productions, Leftfield Pictures, LMNO Productions, Original Media, Jane Street Entertainment, Hoodlum, David Young's Hindsight Productions, Ken Mok, Conrad Green, Audrey Morrissey, Alycia Rossiter, Sam Donnelly,  Rupert  Thompson, Ping Pong Productions, Bodega Pictures, ZnakJones, Greenbird,  Collins Avenue, Arnold Shapiro Productions, Gurney Productions, Bogner Entertainment  and Matt Kunitz, among others.

Lipstone is credited with packaging numerous successful television series including Dancing with the Stars (ABC), The Office (NBC), Hell's Kitchen and Kitchen Nightmares (FOX), Undercover Boss (CBS), Million Second Quiz (NBC), Secrets and Lies (ABC), Wilfred (F/X), Skins (MTV), Ugly Betty (ABC), I Can Do That (NBC), Beyond Scared Straight (A&E), The People's Couch (Bravo), Top Gear (History), Chrisley Knows Best (USA), Prime Suspect (NBC), Nanny 911 (FOX), The Chase (GSN), Money From Strangers (MTV), Secret Princes (TLC), Guinness World Records Gone Wild (TruTV), Kids Say the Darndest Things (CBS), Last Comic Standing (NBC) and Who Wants to Be a Millionaire (ABC).

Lipstone is the third generation of a family who has devoted over 100 years working in the entertainment business. Born and raised in L.A., Lipstone received a B.A. in business economics from U.C. Santa Barbara.

Megan Canavan

Chief Financial Officer

Megan Canavan was named Chief Financial Officer of All3Media America in May 2013. In this role, she is responsible for the financial oversight of the company. As a key member of the senior team, she is also responsible for helping to develop the company's strategic plan and works closely with the senior management of all of the All3Media operating companies.

Previously, Megan had worked at NBCUniversal for seven years. Most recently, she was the Chief Financial Officer of Style Media, having relocated from New York to Los Angeles. Prior to Style, she had served as Vice President, Finance for the NBC News division where she was responsible for financial planning and analysis and helped develop new business initiatives.

Canavan had worked at Viacom for eight years in various roles at Nickelodeon and MTV Networks. She was promoted through the ranks to the ultimate role of Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis for the company. Canavan began her career at Virgin Interactive Entertainment, based in London, England.

Canavan holds a Masters of Business Administration degree, with honors, in Finance and Marketing from Fordham University in New York and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in International Business and Spanish from Loyola University in Maryland. Canavan is a member of the Association of Television Arts & Sciences (ATAS) and Women in Cable Telecommunications (WICT). She is a graduate of the prestigious GE Experienced Financial Leadership Program and the WICT Betsy Magness Leadership Institute (BMLI Class 27).

Jacob Cohen-Holmes

Executive Vice President Current Programming & Development

Jacob Cohen-Holmes is Vice President of development and current programming for All3 Media America.

He oversees current projects for All3 Media and also interfaces with the various operational companies, in house and in the UK, helping develop projects for the US market.

Prior to joining All3 Media America, Jacob spent a decade as a freelance producer working on shows such as, The Girls Next Door, Snoop Dogg's Fatherhood, Mind of Mencia, America's Best Dance Crew, Crash Course with Richard Hammond, and writing for comedians Jamie Kennedy, Greg Giraldo and Bob Saget.

He's a graduate of Emerson College.

Leah Hariton

Vice President Current Series

Leah Hariton is Vice President of Current Series for All3 Media America. In her role in the current department, she oversees multiple series in production across various broadcast and cable networks.

Prior to joining the team at All3 Media America, Leah was a freelance showrunner and producer on various unscripted series for ABC, CBS, Vh1, E!, Bravo, Animal Planet, Food Network, WEtv, Discovery, TLC and History.

Leah is a Los Angeles native and graduate of the University of California at Berkeley.

Jonathan Parkman

SVP Post Production

Jonathan Parkman is the SVP of Post Production at All3Media America, overseeing and managing all aspects of Post for each of the company's projects.

Parkman graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, received a spot in the coveted UNC-Hollywood Internship program, and has been in Los Angeles working in Post Production for more than 15 years.

Prior to taking his current position Parkman ran Post for 5 years at another All3Media Company, ZOO Productions, supervising such series as MTV's "Buckwild" and "Busted", Spike's "Joe Schmo: The Full Bounty" and "World's Worst Tenants", Disney's "Prankstars", NBC's "All-Star Celebrity Treasure Hunt", The HUB's Emmy Award winning "Family Game Night", truTV's "Speeders", "Speeders Fight Back", "Over The Limit" and "Southern Fried Stings", WE's "Joan & Melissa: Joan Knows Best", and GSN's "Lingo", as well as numerous pitches, pilots and presentations.

Wally Parks

EVP Production

Prior to coming to All3Media America, Wally was the VP of Production of Tijuana Entertainment, where he was involved in the production management of all of the company's programs.

Wally's previous show credits include Beauty and the Geek, Supergroup, and Breaking Bonaduce.

Collette Sobray

SVP Human Resources

Collette serves as Senior Vice President, Human Resources for All3Media America, and also has oversite for other All3Media USA based operating companies. She provides leadership and direction in building and supporting a workforce that fosters All3Media America's creative and strategic environment.

She has day-to-day responsibility for all human resource functions for All3Media America which includes staffing, benefits, compensation, employee relations, organizational development, change management and HR technology. In addition, Collette oversees All3Media America's administration services including office services.

Collette has a long tenure of serving in strategic human resources positions, having served as Vice President, Human Resources for Cameron Pace Group and Reliance Media Works where she was part of the management team creating structure for scalability.

Collette spent 20 years as a Paralegal gaining significant knowledge in employment law prior to moving into an HR capacity. She holds a BA in Business Management and earned an MBA in HR Management in 2009.

Greg Goldman

Studio Lambert

Greg Goldman is the President of Studio Lambert, overseeing production, development, and business affairs for the US arm of the British based company.

Studio Lambert TV series include Undercover Boss on CBS, Million Second Quiz on NBC, The People's Couch on Bravo & Inside Job on TNT.

Prior to Studio Lambert, Goldman had an overall deal at Renegade Television where he developed, sold, and executive produced Ready for Love on NBC and Capture for the CW.

Before Renegade, Goldman was the Executive Vice President of RDF where he developed, sold, and executive produced over 20 series including Don't Forget the Lyrics (sold into over 40 territories worldwide & into syndication), Secret Millionaire for FOX, Shaq's Big Challenge (multiple award winner for ABC), How to Look Good Naked (multiple award winner, highest rated premiere for Lifetime).

Prior to RDF, Goldman was an executive at ABC, where he oversaw several series including Wife Swap, The Bachelor, The Bachelorette, The American Music Awards, and the Simon Cowell series American Inventor. Under Goldman's watch, Wife Swap was one of the highest rated reality premieres in ABC's history and grew into a very success worldwide franchise; The Bachelor ratings increased by 38% with The Bachelor in Paris and American Inventor increased the previous season's time period average by 167%.

Goldman was named on TV WEEK's HOT LIST of the year, lauding achievements for being amongst the TOP TEN most talented up and coming producers under 35.

Hollywood Reporter also named Goldman in their much regarded "Next Generation Award" for the 35 top Entertainment Executives Under 35 annual list.

Greg is married to his wife Jen and proud dad to their two kids-Maggie and Jack.
